If the fault is with the active part of the relay, withdraw the active part and return it to
the factory for repair.
If the fault is with the communications module the whole relay, including the case,
must be returned to the factory for repair.
If the fault is in any other part of the system the relays will automatically resume
communication as soon as the link is restored.
