IE20 Quick start

1. Charging instruction

Please fully charge the case and ear buds before first

time use. The different numbers of LEDs on the

bottom of the charging case flashing will show the

different charge level of the case; see the chart below

for details. When the charging case is fully charged,

all four lights turn on.

2. Power on/pairing mode

Open the charging case while the earbuds are still in

the case to initiate pairing mode. Enter Bluetooth

settings on your device and select Argon Audio IE20

to start pairing. If the pairing was successful; you will

hear the "connected" voice prompt in the ear buds.

To enter pairing mode manually, place both left and

right earbuds into the charging case, keeping the

case cover open. Press and hold the charging case

button for 5 seconds. The four LEDs will flash

alternately in pairs before emitting constant light for

3 seconds. This indicates that the earphones have

entered Bluetooth searching and pairing mode. If

there is no connection in pairing mode for 5 minutes,

the earbuds will automatically power off.

Manual Pairing: If automatic pairing doesn't work or for re-pairing:
1. Place both left and right earbuds into the charging case.
2. Keep the case cover open.
3. Press and hold the charging case button for 5 seconds.
4. The four LEDs will flash alternately in pairs, then emit constant light for 3 seconds, indicating entry into Bluetooth searching and pairing mode.
Auto Power Off: If no connection is made within 5 minutes while in pairing mode, the earbuds will automatically power off.

Music and Phone Controls (via Earbud Buttons):

Play/Pause/Reject/End calls: Press the L/R earbud button 2 times.
Answer a call: Press the L/R earbud button once.
Volume up: Press the Right earbud button once.
Volume down: Press the Left earbud button once.
Previous song: Press and hold the Left earbud button for 1.5 seconds.
Next song: Press and hold the Right earbud button for 1.5 seconds.
Voice assistant: Press the L/R earbud button 3 times.
Power off: Put both L/R earbuds into the case and close the charging case.
ANC on/ambient mode/default mode: Press and hold the R/L button for 2 seconds to switch between these modes.

Maintenance Features:

Restore Factory Settings:

This feature is useful for troubleshooting connection issues or resetting the earbuds to their original state.

Remove the "Argon Audio IE20" device listing from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
Place the earphones into the charging case.
With the case cover open, press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds.
The four light indicators on the charging case will start flashing, then emit constant light for 3 seconds, indicating that the factory reset is complete.
