Auto-Purge Cleansing
YourAriesSpaisequippedwithanAuto-PurgeSystemthattwicedaily
turnsonallpumpsfor30seconds.Thisautomaticushingoflinesisim-
portanttotheoverallsanitizationofthewater,eliminatingstagnantwater
inunusedplumbinglines.Thisisanautomaticfeatureandtakesnoeffort
onyourpart.Ittakesplacetwicedaily,basedonthemomenttheinternal
clockwaslastreset(seebelow).
Internal Clock
Intheefforttoimproveandsimplifytheoperationsofspas,wehave
replacedthetraditionalhard-to-settimeclockwithaninternaltime-me-
teringdevice.Itiscomputerized,andrequiresnosetting.Itisa12hour
clock,whichcontrolsAuto-PurgingandCustomizedCirculationModes.
Thisclockdivideseachday(24hours)intotwo12-hourperiods.
Thestarttimeisreseteverytimethepowerisrestoredtothespaafterbe-
ingturnedoff,regardlessofwhetherthespawasmanuallyturnedoffor
inadvertentlylostpower.Whenthepowerisrestored,theInternalClock
startsat"0"andgoesto"12",thenrestartsat"0".TheAutoPurgewill
happeneachtimetheclockreaches"0".TheCirculationMode(below)
alsobeginsthen.Starttimeoftheclockismostlyinsignicantexcept
forthestarttimeoftheCustomCirculationMode,unlessaspecicAuto
Purgetimeisdesired.
Customized Circulation Modes
AriesrecommendsleavingtheCirculationModesetin24HourMode,
exceptduringseverelyhotweatherconditions.Inareaswithextremely
hotsummertemperatures,heataccumulatesinthespawater.Sunlightand
hotairtemperaturescansendspawatertemperaturessoaring.Tocombat
thisproblemaspecialCustomizedCirculationModeisavailable.
