Raise the Alenti lift until the patient’s feet
are free from the standing and raising aid.
Remove the sling from the patient.

Secure the patient with the safety belt.
Remove the standing and raising aid.
Adjust the Alenti lift to an ergonomic height.

Make sure the patient sits with the:
• buttocks at the back of the seat,
• back against the backrest and
• hands on the hand rest.

Fold back the hand
rest.

With the patient’s back towards the
Alenti lift seat, position the standing and
raising aid as close as possible to the lift.
Fold forward the hand rest for the
patient to hold on to.

Activate the
brakes on the lift.

Lower the patient down on
the Alenti lift seat.
Unhook the sling.
