Transfer from a standing position
Fold back the hand rest.
Make sure the patient is
in an upright position in
the centre of the seat.
Activate the brakes
on the Alenti lift.
Adjust the height of the Alenti lift.
Make sure the seat is levelled with the back of
the patient’s knees. Help the patient to sit down.
Fold forward the hand rest.
Make sure the patient sits with the:
• buttocks at the back of the seat,
• back against the backrest and
• hands on the hand rest.
Secure the patient with
the safety belt.

Adjust the Alenti lift to a safe and
