lifting of patients.

Do NOT use the equipment if the power cord
is damaged. A damaged power cord may
cause serious injury to the patient and the
caregivers.

To avoid bodily injuries to the patient, use the
Maxi Air in an environment where the
temperature is below 32 °C (90 °F).
Temperatures above 32 °C (90 °F) can cause
the Maxi Air mattress surface to reach a
temperature higher than 44 °C (111 °F).
If a serious incident occurs in relation to this
medical device, affecting the user, or the patient
then the user or patient should report the
serious incident to the medical device
manufacturer or the distributor. In the European
Union, the user should also report the serious
incident to the Competent Authority in the
member state where they are located.
