Use of the Exchanger / Turntable
Operating the exchanger
Turn on the Maxi Sky

lift by pulling the red cord.
The green light on the lift will light up.
Move the lift to the activation station and release the
button on the hand control. Listen for a beep sound,
then wait while the exchanger changes its path. See
figure 45.
Move the lift through the exchanger. See figure 46.
If the exchanger fails to operate automatically or in
an emergency situation, manually engage the quick-
release located underneath the exchanger. While
holding it in the open position, slide the plate over to
the new location being careful not to place your hand
or fingers in the path of the sliding plate. See
figure 47.
Release the quick-release button and move the lift
through the exchanger.
Operating the turntable
To enable the cassette to change route in a multi-
directional track system, “turntables” will have to be
operated.

then wait while the turntable changes its path. See

Move the lift through the turntable. See figure 49.
If the turntable fails to operate automatically or in an
emergency situation, manually engage the quick-
release located underneath the turntable. While
holding it in the open position, turn the plate over to
the new location being careful not to place your hand
or fingers in the path of the turning plate.

Release the quick-release button and move the lift
through the turntable.
