What to do if wireless devices cannot send or receive data on Arris Gateway?

If your wireless devices are unable to send or receive data via your Arris Gateway, first check the coaxial cable and Ethernet connections, as well as your IP address. If the issue persists, verify the Wireless Security Mode setting on the Wireless Primary Network screen. If you're using WPA with a passphrase, ensure that every wireless client is using the exact same passphrase. If that doesn't work, verify that the wireless client supports WPA. If you're using WEP with a key, make sure each wireless client has the identical WEP key and that the client’s wireless adapter supports the type of WEP key configured on the gateway.
