The tool hangs in one of the punched-out key-
holes in the front rail, then the rear edge of the
drum is rolled up on to the roller and the drum is
held in place.
INSTALLATION OF FELT STRIP SEAL

This tool is used to tighten the tensioning band
around the felt strip seal.
