7. SWITCHING ON THE SYSTEM
The system will automatically boot up when the mains is connected. However, if you are powering the system from a
backup battery alone, or the system has been switched off with the mains still connected, you can switch the system on
following the steps below.
1. Whilst the pod is open, you will see two white buttons on the top of the PCB. The one on the left is the power button.
2. Press the button and the system will boot up and begin initialising.
3. Close the Control Panel and lock it with the master key.
4. The Traka Touch System is now ready for use. For details on using the Traka Touch system please refer to the
latest version of UD0011 – Traka Touch User Guide.
