Attach front and rear stabilizers to the main frame using bolts, washers, and nuts.
Insert and secure handlebar post, then slide and secure handlebar.
Insert seat post and slider, then secure the saddle.
Connect pedals to crank arms and mount the bottle holder.
Adjust resistance using the tension adjuster and use it as an emergency brake.
