California (U.S.A.) state law stipulates that manufacturers of
machines operated within its borders must provide a clear warning
to customers regarding exposure to substances commonly associat-
ed with the machine that are recognized by the state as harmful.
Terex/ASV complies with this requirement by providing the following
information.
