Freezing plate not dried properly before samples placed in grooves
Dry plate before freezing (section 6.4).
Straws not dried before placing in grooves
Dry straws before freezing (section 6.3).
Note that the grooves fit tightly around the straws such but it should always be
possible to remove the straws using tweezers.
