Troubleshooting
My telephone blocks calls from someone I know.
f You may have saved the caller’s number in your block list. To remove the
number from the block list, see Delete a block entry on page 54.
Blocking all unknown calls.
f If you want to block all unknown calls without numbers and calls with
numbers or names that are not in your directory, allow list or star name list,
select the Block unknown prole setting. See Set prole on page 48.
Forwarding all unknown calls to the answering system.
f If you want to forward all unknown calls without numbers and calls with
numbers or names that are not in your directory, allow list or star name list
to the answering system, select the UnknownToAns.S prole setting. See
Set prole on page 48.
I’ve set my LCD language to Spanish or French and I don’t know how to
change it back to English.
f Press MENU/SELECT in idle mode. Then, enter *364# using the dialing
keys. You hear a conrmation tone.
I subscribe to a nontraditional telephone service that uses my computer
to establish connections, and my telephone doesn’t work.
f Make sure your computer is powered on.
f Make sure your Internet connection is working properly.
f Make sure that the soware is installed and running for your nontraditional
telephone service.
f Make sure to plug your USB telephone adapter into a dedicated USB
port on your computer. Do not plug it into a multiple port USB hub (USB
splitter) that is not powered.
f In a few rare instances, the USB port on your computer may not have
enough power. Try using a USB hub with its own external power supply.
f If you are using a rewall, it may prevent access to your nontraditional
telephone service provider. Contact your service provider for more information.
