Telephone operation
To delete a redial entry:
Using a cordless handset or the telephone base:
Press REDIAL/PAUSE in idle mode.
Press CID, DIR or REDIAL/PAUSE repeatedly to browse until the desired
number displays.
Press MUTE/DELETE on the handset or X/DELETE on the telephone base to
delete the displayed number. You hear a confirmation tone.
Silencing the ringer
When the telephone is ringing, you can temporarily silence the ringer of the
handset or telephone base without disconnecting the call. The next call rings
normally at the preset volume.
To silence the handset ringer:
Using a cordless handset:
Press MUTE/SILENCE, OFF/CANCEL, MUTE/DELETE or QUIET

screen shows Ringer muted.
To silence the base ringer:
Using the telephone base:
Press MUTE/SILENCE, MUTE or QUIET

. The telephone base screen shows
Ringer muted.
