Download the AT&T Smart Home Manager app for notifications and managing your home network, Wi-Fi name, password, and connected devices.

Connect New Gateway

Connect your new Wi-Fi Gateway by transferring existing connections, plugging in the new power supply, and waiting for startup.

Using and Returning Equipment

Using Your Wi-Fi

Your Wi-Fi settings transfer automatically. Use the Smart Home Manager app to confirm settings and update Wi-Fi info with the provided sticker.

Return Old Equipment

Return your old equipment to The UPS Store or FedEx Office within 21 days to avoid non-return fees. Keep your receipt.
