What to do if my ATC K-Series Chiller is making noisy operation with high fluid pressure and/or low flow?
To address the noisy operation, high fluid pressure, and/or low flow in your ATC Chiller, clean the fluid path with a weak detergent solution, flush, and replace the fluid with the correct Hexid fluid. Also, check the pump filter (if fitted), ensure there are no restrictions in the pipe work, and verify that the operating coolant pressure is not set too low.
