The symbol of the “crossed-out wheeled bin” shown on the appliance
indicates that, at the end of its working life, the product must be treated
separately from domestic waste and must be disposed of in a selective
collection center for electrical and electronic appliances or must be returned
to the distributor upon purchasing an equivalent new appliance.
Users are responsible for disposing of appliances at the end of their working life in
established collection centres. The correct collection of the appliance, allowing for the
appliance to be recycled at the end of its working life, its treatment and its environment-
friendly dismantling help prevent any negative effects on the environment and on public
health and favour the recycling of the product components.
