2.2 Setting up the telephone unit

Set up the telephone on a flat, non-slip surface.

The phone’s feet do not usually leave any marks
on surfaces. However, due to the multitude of
different varnishes and polishes used on today’s
furnishings, the occurrence of marks on the
surfaces cannot be completely ruled out.
2.3 Connecting the telephone unit
1. Plug one end of the handset cord into the
handset socket and the other end into the
socket on the underside of the base unit marked
with
2. Plug one end of the telephone line cord into the
socket on the underside of the base unit marked
with and the other end into the telephone
wall socket.
3. Plug the AC adaptor into the socket on the
underside of the base unit marked with
and the other end into the wall outlet.
4. Switch on the power to power up the phone.
