How to fix an ATV ELECTRIC MINI that does not run?
    • J
      Jessica RodriguezAug 4, 2025
If your ATV Offroad Vehicle doesn't run, the battery might be undercharged. Charge the battery; a new one should be charged for at least 12 hours before the first use and up to 8 hours after each subsequent use. Also, check all connectors to ensure they are tightly plugged in, including the charger connector and the wall outlet. Confirm that there is power flowing to the wall outlet. If the charger isn't working, test it with a volt meter or have an authorized service center test it for you.

    • K
      Katrina WilsonAug 9, 2025
If your ATV Offroad Vehicle has a short run time (less than 15 minutes per charge), the battery might be undercharged. Charge the battery; a new one should be charged for at least 12 hours before the first use and up to 8 hours after each subsequent use. Check all wires and connectors to ensure they are tightly plugged in, including the battery connector, charger connector, and the wall outlet. Make sure power is flowing to the wall outlet. The battery could also be old and not accepting a full charge; the average battery life is 1 to 2 years, so consider replacing it. Also, make sure that the brakes are adjusted properly.

What to do if ATV ELECTRIC MINI Offroad Vehicle was running but suddenly stopped?
    • M
      Manuel HarringtonAug 13, 2025
If your ATV Offroad Vehicle was running but suddenly stopped, check all wires and connectors to ensure they are tight. A burned-out fuse could also be the cause, which automatically shuts off the power if the motor is overloaded. An excessive overload could cause the motor to overheat. Refer to replacing the fuse instructions of this manual. Correct the conditions that caused the fuse to burn out and avoid repeatedly burning out fuse. If you suspect motor or electrical switch damage, contact the authorized service center for diagnosis and repair.

Why is my ATV ELECTRIC MINI Offroad Vehicle running sluggishly?
    • B
      Brenda DownsAug 19, 2025
If your ATV Offroad Vehicle runs sluggishly, it might be due to stressful driving conditions. Use it only on solid, flat, clean, and dry surfaces like pavement or level ground. Ensure the tires are properly inflated, referring to the tire instructions. Avoid overloading the vehicle by exceeding the maximum weight limit, allowing more than one rider, going up steep hills, or towing objects. Overheating can also cause sluggishness; if this happens, correct the driving conditions, wait 5-10 minutes, and resume riding, avoiding repeated overheating.
