2.4 Transmission Mount, Removing and In‐
stalling
Transmission Support, Removing with Transmission Mount
– Remove the tunnel crossmember. Refer to ⇒ Transmission;
Rep. Gr. 34 ; Subframe Mount; Overview - Subframe Mount .
– Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the transmission sup‐
port with the transmission mount from the transmission.
Transmission Mount, Removing
– Remove the bolts -1- and remove the stop -2- for the trans‐
mission mount.
– Remove the nut -5- and remove the transmission mount -3-
from the transmission support -4-.
Installing
– Tighten the nut -5- hand-tight.
– Tighten the bolts -1- and then the nut -5-.
Further installation is the reverse order of removal.
