– Remove the connectors -2 and 3- from the bracket and dis‐
connect.
– Disconnect the connectors -4 and 5-.
– Remove the bolts -1- from the bracket.
– Disconnect the connector -3-.
– Version with MPI system: disconnect the connectors
-1 and 2-.

♦ O-ring - Connection for Coolant Hose to Cylinder Head
♦ O-ring - Oil Supply Line
♦ Bolt - Engine Lifting Eye to Cylinder Head
♦ Bolts - Turbocharger to Engine
♦ Nuts - Catalytic Converter to Cylinder Head
Removing
– Remove the camshafts. Refer to
⇒ “4.2 Camshaft, Removing and Installing”, page 69 .
CAUTION
Risk of Destroying the Engine by Adjusting the Valve Timing
– Do not turn the crankshaft after removing the camshafts.
