This driver information is displayed for about10seconds after
turning on the ignition because presensecity is unavailable during
this time. The reason is that the front camera for driver assistance
systems R242 is required for about 10seconds until the camera is
ready.
In the MMI the driver can select whether the presense early
warning or presense actions are to be shown on the head-up
display.
If the "Driver assist" option is activated in the CAR Menu in the
MMI under "Head-up display"

and "Display content", presense
early warnings and inputs will also be shown on the head-up
display.
