Place the headphones and the Bluetooth device within 1 meter (3.3 feet) of each other. Check and set the profiles for the Bluetooth device. Remove any existing pairing information for the device and try pairing again. If connected to another Bluetooth device, disconnect from it before connecting to the desired device. If needed, use forced pairing mode. As a last resort, reset the headphones if they cannot be unpaired, connected, or do not operate as expected.
