Uplink/Multiroom Link
1. Using CAT5e cable, properly terminated with RJ45 connectors, connect the Multiroom Link
Terminal [circle 30] on the AVR21EN to the Uplink Terminal [pentagon 16] on the AVH21
as shown in Figure 91.
2. In larger systems using multiple Hubs, complete step 1 above by connecting the Multiroom
Link Terminal [circle 30] on the AVR21EN to the Uplink Terminal [pentagon 16] on
AVH21 #1 as shown in Figure 91.
a) Using CAT5e cable, properly terminated with RJ45 connectors, connect the
Expansion/AUX KP Terminal [pentagon 6] on AVH21 #1 to the Uplink Terminal
[pentagon 16] on AVH21 #2 as shown in Figure 91.
b) If using three Hubs, connect the Expansion/AUX KP Terminal [pentagon 6] on AVH21
#2 to the Uplink Terminal [pentagon 16] on AVH21 #3 as shown in Figure 91.
