A key advantage is that it requires no additional power due to its internal lithium battery, ensuring continuous operation for approximately 10 years at 20°C.

The LE8N series operates as a digital timer/hour meter, displaying elapsed time on an 8-digit LCD with a character height of 8.7mm. It supports various signal input methods: no-voltage input (for small signals), voltage input, and free voltage input, making it versatile for different applications. The device features a screw terminal type connection, complemented by an attaching terminal cover for secure wiring. The display utilizes an LCD Zero Blanking type, which enhances readability. Users can select from multiple time specifications (TS1, TS2, TS3) to suit their measurement needs, ranging from hours, minutes, and seconds to days and hours. The device also includes a RESET input for clearing the displayed time.
