Customers are not allowed to replace the valve and the valve
positioner by themselves.
Send the instrument to AUTOOL customer service depart-
ment.

Replace the
battery
If the shell of the instrument is dirty, wipe it with a wet cloth.
Keep the threaded pipe joint clean
Remove the residual oil
Never use any corrosive detergent or solvent! Soft household
cleaners and soapy water can be used.
Keep the threaded pipe joint clean, remove grease and other
adhesion smudginess, and wipe it with a wet cloth as required.

Check the instrument for no leakage regularly (recommended:
once a year). Observe the allowable pressure range!
Calibrate instrument regularly (recommended: once a year).
Turn off the instrument.

Carefully blow the residual oil from the valve set with
compressed air.
●
Open the suspension attachment, release the screw and
remove the battery tank cover.
Remove the exhausted battery and load the new battery
into the battery tank. Note the polarity!
Uncover the battery tank (Screw lock).
Start the instrument.
