What to do if my Avantco SCL Refrigerator is too warm?

  If the interior of your Avantco Refrigerator is too warm, the temperature control may be set too warm. Try setting the controller to a colder setting and allow several hours for the temperature to stabilize. Also, warm air entering the appliance from opening the door too frequently or keeping it open too long can cause the temperature to rise, so open the door less often and ensure it is completely closed. If you've recently stored a large amount of warm or hot food, wait until the appliance has had a chance to reach its selected temperature. Finally, if the appliance has recently been disconnected, remember that it requires hours to cool down completely.
