Why is my Avanti Water Dispenser not cold enough?

  If your Avanti Water Dispenser isn't cold enough, ensure the power switch on the back is turned ON. Vibration can sometimes affect this. If you've dispensed more than two 8 oz. cups within 25 minutes, allow up to one hour for the unit to reach its optimal temperature. Also, make sure the dispenser is level.

  If your Avanti Water Dispenser isn't operating, first ensure that it is properly plugged into a working outlet. Also, check your circuit breaker to see if it has tripped, or check for any blown fuses.
