3. Configure Avaya Communication Manager
The screens in this section are accessed using Avaya Communication Manager System Access
Terminal (SAT). Log in with the appropriate credentials.
1. Add a station. Use the add station next command to create an IP station. Enter 4612
(4612 can be used for all models of the Avaya 3600 series IP telephones discussed in this
document) in the Type field. Enter a unique name in the Name field. Enter a password
in the Security Code field. Submit the changes.
