ADJUST HOSE ANGLE, THEN ROUTE
(ELIXIR 9/ELIXIR 7)
If necessary, you can change the banjo position to improve
hose routing. Lightly loosen the banjo bolts on the caliper
with an 8 mm open end wrench and rotate the ttings for
optimal routing. Re-tighten the banjo bolts to the specied
torque, then route the hose. Make sure there is enough
hose to allow for suspension movement, but not any big
loops of extra hose. Now, secure the hose to the frame
or fork.
You may have introduced air into the system by
changing the banjo position. You must take the time
to bleed the system when you are done with the
installation.

the banjo tting to the desired position and re-tighten the
caliper bolt to the specied torque. Make sure there is
enough hose at to allow for suspension movement, but not
any big loops of extra hose.
You may have introduced air into the system by
changing the banjo position. You must take the time
to bleed the system when you are done with the
installation.
