In an Avid NEXIS | PRO with a Media Pack of 2TB SAS drives, the Controller is located in slot 0
(top), as shown. this type of Controller has no identification label, and the Host Fabric section is
purple.
Avid NEXIS | PRO with 4TB SATA Drives
In an Avid NEXIS | PRO with a Media Pack of 4TB SATA drives, the Controller is always located in
slot 1 (bottom), and is installed upside down so the internal connectors align correctly. An Avid
NEXIS | PRO with 4TB drives can use one of two types of Controllers, as shown.
