Thefreeapplicationusedtocontrol,congureand
view the cameras remotely on your smartphone
is available from the Appstore and Google Play.
Download, install and run the "AvidView" app.
AlthoughwehavedescribedhowtheAndroidapp
workshere,thesameappliestotheiPhone.
Launch the application on your smartphone or
tablet,thenclickonthe
icon.Thenclickon
"Ajout manuel caméra [Add manual camera]"
atthebottomofthescreen,thenontheicon
.Thiswillactivatethephone'scamerasothatyou
canscanintheQRCode.
Important note: the code scan works more
effectivelywhen the code is positioned above the
redlineonthescreen.
Next,enterthenameyouwanttogiveyourcamera
and its password. Tick the default password box
ifyouusethedefaultpassword(youwillbeasked
to change it to improve security). The ID for your
cameraisnotrequestedhere.
