3.1.3 Loading Your Document in the ADF Paper Tray
Fanning Your Document
Standard paper size should feed easily through the
scanner. To avoid occasional paper jam when automatically
feeding multiple documents, loosen the paper before
loading.
Document Feeding
1. Place the documents face-up onto the ADF paper chute,
with the leading edge in the auto feeder entrance.
2. Verify that the paper guides are aligned with the edges
of the stack.
