8. Troubleshooting
Before repairs and after-sale, please look at the following description:
Note
If you find the following relatively large faults, unplug the power immediately and call the customer
service.
--fuses and switches are often broken.
--the surface of the power cord is unusually hot or the surface of the power cord is off.
--Abnormal conditions
Self-Diagnosis Function
Our company provides the terminal customer with some light prompts for self-diagnosis.

Electrical short on both temperature
sensor and PCB.
Contact an electrician for repair

Electrical short of temperature sensor
copper tube and PCB wiring.
Contact an electrician for repair

Indicates water tank full or possibly the
incorrect wiring of plug
User needs to pull out the rubber stopper
which is located at the bottom of the unit ,
to drain the water away. Check that the
plug has been wired correctly.
Note: The real products may look different.

The machine
doesn't boot.
Does the power supply have
electricity?
Did you plug it in?
Has the fuse been burnt or shorted?
Is timing appropriate?
Make sure the power supply is
normal
Plug in
Change the fuse.
Reset Time
Cooling effect is
not good
Is it blocked in air inlet or outlet?
Rooms have other heating equipment
The strainer is dirty.
Is timing appropriate?Is the wind
speed low?
Clean it up.
Remove the heating device
Cleaning Filter Net
Reset Time
Set the appropriate wind speed
Loud noises and
vibrations.
Is it internal refrigerant flow?
is the machine horizontally
positioned?
This is normal.
Put the machine on the level floor
Machine restarts
frequently
Is the voltage normal?
Is the exhaust hose curved?
Did you add the exhaust hose?
Determine if voltage is maintained at
rated voltage
Straighten the exhaust hose.
No need to add long exhaust hose.
