Setupnetworkstorage
Tostorerecordingsonthenetwork,youneedtosetupyournetworkstorage.
1.GotoSettings>System>Storage.
2.ClickSetupunderNetworkstorage.
3.EntertheIPaddressofthehostserver.
4.Enterthenameofthesharedlocationonthehostserver.
5.Movetheswitchifthesharerequiresalogin,andenterusernameandpassword.
6.ClickConnect.
HowdoImage,Stream,andStreamprolesettingsrelatetoeachother?
TheImagetabcontainscamerasettingsthataffectallvideostreamsfromtheproduct.Ifyouchangesomethinginthistab,it
immediatelyaffectsallvideostreamsandrecordings.
TheStreamtabcontainssettingsforvideostreams.Yougetthesesettingsifyourequestavideostreamfromtheproductanddon’t
specifyforexampleresolution,orframerate.WhenyouchangethesettingsintheStreamtab,itdoesn’taffectongoingstreams,but
itwilltakeeffectwhenyoustartanewstream.
TheStreamprolessettingsoverridethesettingsfromtheStreamtab.Ifyourequestastreamwithaspecicstreamprole,the
streamcontainsthesettingsofthatprole.Ifyourequestastreamwithoutspecifyingastreamprole,orrequestastreamprole
thatdoesn'texistintheproduct,thestreamcontainsthesettingsfromtheStreamtab.
