datastoredonthecardfromtheWindowsoperatingsystem,athird-partyext4driverorapplicationisrequired.
•vFAT—supportedbymostoperatingsystemsforpersonalcomputers.
TheSDcardismanagedontheSystemOptions>Storagepage.ClickSDCardtoopenStorageManagement.
Ifthecard’sstatusshowsasfailed,clickCheckdisktoseeiftheproblemcanbefoundandthentryRepair.Thisoptionisonly
availableforSDcardswithext4.ForSDcardswithvFAT,useacardreaderorcomputertotroubleshootthecard.
Toavoidllingthecard,itisrecommendedtoremoverecordingscontinuously.UnderGeneralSettings,selectRemoverecordings
olderthanandselectthenumberofdaysorweeks.

TheAxisproductcanbeconguredtoautomaticallyformatSDcardsthatareinsertedintotheproduct.Ifautoformatisenabledand
anSDcardisinserted,theproductwillcheckiftheSDcardhastheext4lesystem.Ifthecardhasadifferentlesystem,the
cardwillautomaticallybeformattedtoext4.

Ifautoformatisenabled,onlyuseneworemptySDcards.Anydatastoredonthecardwillbelostwhenthecardisinserted
