AdvancedPTZsettingscanbeconguredunderPTZ>Advanced>Controls.

ThePanelShortcutCommandButtonslistshowstheuser-denedbuttonsthatcanbeaccessedfromtheLiveViewpage’sCtrl

panel.ThesebuttonscanbeusedtoprovidedirectaccesstocommandsissuedusingtheVAPIX®applicationprogramminginterface.

ClickAddtoaddanewshortcutcommandbutton.

ThefollowingPTZcontrolsareenabledbydefault:

•Pancontrol

•Tiltcontrol

•Zoomcontrol

•Focuscontrol

Todisablespeciccontrols,deselecttheoptionsunderEnable/Disablecontrols.

Note

DisablingPTZcontrolswillnotaffectpresetpositions.Forexample,ifthetiltcontrolisdisabled,theproductcanstillmoveto

presetpositionsthatrequireatiltmovement.

OSDMenu

IfthePTZunitsupportsaninternalcongurationmenu,thiscanbeaccessedusingtheOn-ScreenDisplay(OSD).Congurethe

analogcamerabyopeningandnavigatingthroughitsinternalmenuinthisdisplay.

ControlQueue

Note

•TheadministratorcanenableanddisablePTZcontrolsforselectedusers.

•Toidentifydifferentusersintheviewergroup,cookiesmustbeenabledontheclient.

•TheControlqueuepolltimeismeasuredinseconds.Formoreinformationseetheonlinehelp

TheadministratorcansetupaqueueforPTZcontrollersfromPTZ>ControlQueue.Oncesetup,thePTZControlQueuebuttons

appearintheLiveViewpageofferingoneviewerexclusivecontrolforalimitedperiodoftime.Otheruserswillbeplacedinqueue.

Auserwhobelongstoagroup(seeUsersonpage42)withahigherPTZprioritycangobeforeotherusersinthequeueandtake
