•Administratorshaveunrestrictedaccesstoallsettings.Theadministratorcanadd,modifyandremoveotherusers.

NotethatwhentheoptionEncrypted&unencryptedisselected,thewebserverwillencryptthepassword.Thisisthedefault
optionforanewunitoraunitresettofactorydefaultsettings.
UnderHTTP/RTSPPasswordSettings,selectthetypeofpasswordtoallow.Youmayneedtoallowunencryptedpasswordsifthereare
viewingclientsthatdonotsupportencryption,orifyouupgradedthermwareandexistingclientssupportencryptionbutneed
tologinagainandbeconguredtousethisfunctionality.
UnderUserSettings,selecttheEnableanonymousviewerloginoptiontoallowanonymoususersaccesstotheLiveViewpage.
SelecttheEnableanonymousPTZcontrollogintoallowanonymoususersaccesstothePTZcontrols.
DeselecttheEnableBasicSetupoptiontohidetheBasicSetupmenu.BasicSetupprovidesquickaccesstosettingsthatshouldbe
madebeforeusingtheAxisproduct.

andmanufacturerstotakeadvantageofthepossibilitiesofferedbynetworkvideotechnology.ONVIFenablesinteroperability
betweendifferentvendorproducts,increasedexibility,reducedcostandfuture-proofsystems.
BycreatingauseryouautomaticallyenableONVIFcommunication.UsetheusernameandpasswordwithallONVIFcommunication

IPaddresslteringisenabledontheSystemOptions>Security>IPAddressFilterpage.Onceenabled,thelistedIPaddressare
allowedordeniedaccesstotheAxisproduct.SelectAlloworDenyfromthelistandclickApplytoenableIPaddressltering.
Theadministratorcanaddupto256IPaddressentriestothelist(asingleentrycancontainmultipleIPaddresses).
