What to do if I have problems setting the IP address on my Axis Q1604 Security Camera?

If you are facing problems setting the IP address for your Axis Security Camera, try reinstalling it. The IP address must be set within two minutes after powering on the product, and ensure the Ping length is set to 408. See the Installation Guide for detailed instructions. If the issue persists, the IP address might be conflicting with another device. Disconnect the Axis product from the network and run the Ping command. If you receive a reply from the IP address, it means another device is using the same IP. Get a new IP address from your network administrator and reinstall. If the request times out, the IP address is available; check all cables and reinstall the product.
