Axis HDPTZ Quick Guide
Congratulations on your purchase of the Earth Networks HDPTZ Camera!
This guide will take you through how to login and find your camera on your network and as well as some
basic features of the camera.
How to find your Axis HDPTZ Camera
First you will need to download the HDPTZ Camera Finder tool for the camera from the Earth Networks
Support webpage.
1) Open any web browser and go to https://support.earthnetworks.com/
2) Click on Knowledge Base
3) Scroll down and click on cameras
4) Under the “How to” Section of the page click on the link named: “Where can I download the
Earth networks Camera Finder Tool?”
5) Click on the link for the Axis Camera Model
6) Open up the .exe and follow the steps to install the IP Utility program on your computer.
NOTE: The PC needs to be on the same subnet as the camera, in order to find it.
If the PC you are on is on the same subnet as the camera, you should be able to see the camera when
opening up the program.
