It is crucial to ensure the burner media is completely dry before igniting to prevent cracking and popping due to intense heat.

Usage Features:

Assembly: The firepit table requires assembly, involving attaching side panels, back panel, door panel, leg connector brackets, table legs, and the firepit base to the tabletop using bolts and washers. A hex bolt driver is provided for tightening.
Burner Media: The burner pan must be completely covered with fire ice or lava rock (not included) for proper and safe operation. It is important to remove any media from the ignition well.
Propane Tank Connection: The LP tank is placed in a drawer and connected to the regulator hose. The connection is tightened clockwise, and the hose must point down. Leak checks with soapy water are mandatory before use; never use a flame to check for leaks.
Lighting Instructions:
1. Ensure the control knob is in the "OFF" position.
2. Push and turn the control knob to "ON."
3. Hold the igniter button to light the burner.
4. Release the control knob after 15 seconds. If the burner does not light, wait 5 minutes and repeat.
5. Adjust the flame to the desired level using the control knob.
Natural Gas Conversion: The appliance can be converted to natural gas, but this must be performed by a qualified natural gas provider or service company. The process involves disconnecting the flex connector, unscrewing the orifice holder, replacing the propane orifice with a natural gas orifice, installing an air shutter, reattaching the orifice holder and flex connector, and replacing the propane rubber hose with a 5/8” natural gas pipe (not provided). A conversion label must be affixed to the rating plate after conversion.
Safety: The appliance is not for cooking. Children and adults should maintain a safe distance due to high surface temperatures. Clothing or flammable materials should not be hung on or near the appliance. The fuel supply hose must be kept away from heated surfaces.

Maintenance Features:

Burner Cleaning: The burner should be cleaned with a soft brush after it has cooled completely. A vacuum cleaner should not be used on the burner.
Annual Inspection: The appliance should be inspected before use and at least annually by a professional service person. More frequent cleaning may be required.
Storage: It is recommended to store the fire pit indoors during winter if it will be subjected to freezing temperatures. The LP cylinder must be disconnected and removed from the appliance before indoor storage.
Hose and Burner Inspection: Before each use, inspect the LP hose for abrasion, wear, or cuts, and the burner for damage. Replace if necessary with specified replacement parts.
Battery Replacement: The ignition module requires one AA size (1.5V) Alkaline battery. Ensure correct polarity (+ and -). Remove batteries if the equipment will not be used for an extended period. Dispose of used batteries properly.
Troubleshooting Guide: Provides solutions for common issues such as the burner not lighting (e.g., no propane, no spark, lack of oxygen) and the burner not staying lit (e.g., thermocouple not in flame, loose thermocouple connection, insufficient burner media).

Warranty:

The product comes with a one-year limited warranty for the stainless tube/plate burner and a 90-day limited warranty for all remaining parts, effective from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and if purchased from an authorized dealer. It covers defects in material and workmanship, provided the unit is installed and operated according to the owner's manual and local codes. Exclusions include commercial use, clearance items, freight damage, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, damage from acts of nature or force majeure, improper assembly, corrosion, rusting, and plastic parts. Incidental, special, or consequential damages are also excluded.
