ACTIVATING KIOSK MODE
After the meter reading software is installed, the Kiosk mode application will be located in the My Documents folder and can
be activated from that location. To activate Kiosk mode, follow these steps.
1. Go to Windows Start > File Explorer > My Device > My Documents.

Once Kiosk mode is activated, a password is required to change the setting. Activate Kiosk mode only if you are certain it
is the required operation mode.
2. Tap the le "KioskMode_Badger_Field_App..." to activate Kiosk mode.
Result: Kiosk mode installs automatically.
After the program installs, the Badger Meter Field Application software is ready to use.
CHECK COM PORT SETTINGS

The COM port(s) must be set correctly for the handheld and the Badger Meter software to operate correctly. After each software
update, go to Settings on the software main menu, view the settings for the handheld and any hardware, and adjust the COM
ports, if necessary, to ensure correct operation. Complete instructions can be found in the ORION® Field Application for Trimble®
