PUTTING ON FRONT TIRE
11. If present, remove plastic spacer from bottom of front fork.
12. If present, remove the plastic insert from between front brake pads.
DO NOT squeeze the brake levers after removing this plastic
insert before installing the tire. Doing so will cause the brake
pads & pistons to overextend, and therefore will not retract to
original position.
13. Position front wheel in the front fork and the front brake rotor
between the brake pads. Install quick-release Skewer and tighten.
