After having mounted the blade holders, grease the thrust bearings 10x18x5,5
(B-L05)
and insert them with a tilting movement in the right order into the blade holder. As is
common practice, place the thrust with the smaller outer diameter at the outer side.
Secure the blade holder, i.e. the feathering shaft with high-strength M8 titanium allen
bolts
(B-S24)
in the main rotor housing. Before doing so double-check whether the
blade holder grips are well positioned. Be sure to apply Loctite medium-strength onto
the front part of the bolts and tighten them evenly.
The assembly of the rotor head is completed.
