6. Chassis assembly
Start with preparing both chassis plates. The right chassis plate has one drilling hole
for mounting the rear belt shock absorber and two drilling holes for adjustment of the
main belt tensioner.
Screw the ball stud
(B-D21)
for canopy fixation to the chassis with a hex nut
(B-S15)
. Di-
rectly secure the cylinder head bolt hex M3 x 14
(B-S32)
used for tightening the rear
belt shock absorber with a hex lock nut M3
(B-S19)
.
Likewise, screw the ball stud
(B-D21)
for canopy fixation to the chassis with a hex nut
M3
(B-S15)
on the left chassis plate.
