Take the finished gear unit, place the right chassis plate on it and push the rear belt
shock absorber onto the prepared screw. Tighten and secure with a hex nut M3
(B-S16)
. Lightly tighten the remaining 16 cylinder head bolts hex M3 x 6
(B-S35)
on both
sides of the chassis. Once the chassis has been fixed on both sides, tighten fast all
screws. This helps to prevent any tension in the area of the gear unit and ensures
that all bearings are running smoothly and freely. Tighten the main belt tensioner with
two cylinder head bolts hex M3 x 12
(B-S35)
.
Be sure to fasten tight the dome braces that had only been provisionally fastened in a
previous step. Apply Loctite medium-strength.

Continue with slipping the silicone tubing over the chassis connectors. We recom-
mend to wetten the chassis connectors with some dishwater. Use a cutter to cut off
the overlapping ends of the tubing. One of the connectors remains without silicone
tubing.
