EN55022/CISPR22 Class A ITE (Information Technology Equipment)
Class A ITE is a category of all other ITE which satisfies the class A IT
E limits b ut not the class B ITE limits. Such equipment sho uld not
be restricted in its sale but the following warning shall b e included in the instructions for u se:
Warning : This is a class A product. In a domestic environment this product m ay cause radio interference in whic h case the user m ay be
required to take adequate meas ures. Contact the installer.
Warning : This equipment is compliant with Class A of CISPR 32 . In a residential environment this equipment may cause radio interfer-
ence.
Guaran tee and Compensation
Barco provides a guarantee relating to perfect man ufacturing as part of the legally stipulated terms of guarantee. On receipt, the purchaser
must immediately inspect all delivered goods for dam age inc urred during transport, as well as for material and manufacturing faults Barco
must be informed im mediately in writing of any complaints.
The period of guarantee begins on the date of transfer of risks, in the case of special systems and software on the date of c omm issioning,
at latest 30 days after the transfer of risks. In the event of justified notice of complaint, Bar co can r epair the fault or provide a replacement
at its own discretion w ithin an appropriate per
iod. If this measure proves to be impossible or uns uccessful, the purchaser can deman d a
reduction in the purchase price or cancellation of the contract. All o ther claims, in particular those relating to compensa tion for direct or
indirect damage, and also damage attributed to the operation of s oftware as well as to other services provided by Barco, being a component
of the s ystem or independent service, will
be deemed invalid provided the dam age is not proven to be attributed to the absence of properties
guaranteed in writing or due to the intent or gross negligence or part of Barco.
If the purchaser or a third party carries out modifications or repairs o n goods delivered by Barco, or if the goods are handled inc orrectly,
in particular if the s ystem s are o perated incorrectly or if, after the transfer of risks, the goods a re subject to influences not agreed upon in
the contract, all guaran tee claims o f the pur chaser will be rendered invalid. Not included in the guarantee coverage are system fa ilures
which are attributed to pro grams or s pecial electronic circuitry provided by the purchaser, e.g. interfaces. Normal wear as well a s normal
maintenance are no t subject to the guarantee provided by Barco either.
The environmental conditions as well as the servicing and maintenance regulations s pecified in this manual m u st be complied with by the
customer.
Software License Agreement
You should carefully read the following terms and co nditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance
of this license agr eement and warranty.
Terms and C onditions:
1. No redis tribution of the software is allowed.
2. Reverse-Engineering. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or alter this software product.
