Barco provides a guarantee relating to perfect manufacturing as part of the legally stipulated terms of guar-
antee. O bserving the specication mentioned in this chapter is critical for projector performance. Neglecting

ers.
All warnings on the projector and in the documentation manuals should be adhered to.
All instructions for operating and use of this equipment must be followed precisely.
All local installation cod es should be adhered to.

UL60950-1 and CAN/CSA C22.2 No.60950-1, w hich are the safety standards of information technology equipmen t including
electrical bus iness equipment. These safety standards impose important requirements on the use of safety critic al co mponents,
materials and ins ulation, in order to protect the user or operator against risk o f electric s hock and energy haz ard and ha ving access
to live parts. Safety standards also impose limits to the internal and external temperature rises, radiation levels, mechanical stability
