minor to moderate personal injury or damage to machine.

special point of interest emphasized in this manual.
Do not operate or work on machine until you:
Ÿ Read and understand machine manuals, safety decals,
employer work rules, and applicable government
regulations.
Ÿ Are trained and qualified in safe machine operation and
maintenance.
Ÿ Consult supervisor to explain any unclear instructions
and warnings.
Ÿ Contact Barko to replace lost manuals.
Combustible and flammable fluids can cause
death or severe injury.
Ÿ Do not smoke or permit open flames near fuels or
hydraulic fluids.
Ÿ Do not fill the tanks to capacity, allow room for fluid
expansion.
Ÿ Do not remove the fuel cap or refuel while engine is
hot, running or without proper ventilation.
Ÿ Never use fuel for cleaning purposes. Clean up any
fluid spills immediately.
Never approach power lines with any part of the
machine. Current in a high voltage line may arc some
distance to jump from the wire to a nearby "ground".
